- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and helping them grow;
- Assist customers in setting up their workflows in Scaleo;
- Assist customers with Postback integrations, API integrations;
- Identifying upsell opportunities and growing revenue from existing customers;
- Effectively managing client expectations;
- Working with CRM system;
- Automation of routine tasks.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as Account Manager or Affiliate Manager;
- Experience in the Affiliate industry;
- Fluent spoken and written English (B2);
- Previous experience with Postback integrations, API integrations;
- Experience in Sales CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Hubspot, etc.);
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise;
- Fast-learning, proactive.
