Work responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and helping them grow;
  • Assist customers in setting up their workflows in Scaleo;
  • Assist customers with Postback integrations, API integrations;
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and growing revenue from existing customers;
  • Effectively managing client expectations;
  • Working with CRM system;
  • Automation of routine tasks.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience as Account Manager or Affiliate Manager;
  • Experience in the Affiliate industry;
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2);
  • Previous experience with Postback integrations, API integrations;
  • Experience in Sales CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Hubspot, etc.);
  • Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise;
  • Fast-learning, proactive.

Nice to have:

  • Expertise in tracking technologies is very welcome;
  • Expertise in Affiliate Network workflow is very welcome.
