Another reason you don’t have a customer support option in Meta Support Pro may be related to limitations imposed on your account. If the system suspects ad policy violation and imposes restrictions on your Facebook account, then you won’t be able to access the customer support center.
The last reason why customer support chat/email options are unavailable to you is if you have opened more than four requests related to the same issue within three hours (Meta Support Pro agents use the CRM system where they can track your ticket history).
Agents may post a complaint about you and if they do, you will be enlisted as a Spammer, which means you won’t be able to contact Meta Support Pro.
