Indeed, collecting and totalizing paid bills for 100,500 AA manually is too much fun.
While writing the script, I came across some paid services that can export data from various ad networks, but it’s complicated since you need to authorize each social account, etc.
As I always do, I’ve integrated the script in an interface tab.
How does billing export work?
After you launch the script, it collects all AAs of the social account, searches for paid ad bills on each AA, and summarizes them. All the collected data is exported to a CSV file with the following structure:
ID | name | costs | currency
Perhaps later I’ll add AA status and its current debt to the data export sheet.
How do I use the script?
- Follow the link https://codepen.io/doroved/full/yLXOeYB
- Drag the button to the browser’s bookmarks
- Go to https://www.facebook.com/adsmanager/manage/campaignsor press the button on any FB page and you will be redirected to ADS MANAGER, where you need to press the button again to run the script
- Now, wait till the data is collected. If no AAs with paid bills are found, you’ll receive a relevant message, otherwise, a button will appear to download the CSV file
