Facebook is introducing new mechanics for submitting a rejected ad for review, similar to appealing ad account policy.
To request a review of a rejected ad on Facebook, you should go to the “Account overview” section at https://www.facebook.com/business-support-home and select the ad account with the rejected ads:
You can submit a request for ad review in two ways.
The first way: select the ad and click the “Request review” button.
In the window that appears, select “Submit”.
The second way: without selecting the ad, click “Take action”. In the pop-up window, you can read why this happened. You can also see the rule you violated.
To file an appeal, click on “Request Review”.
Next, as before when submitting an appeal to Policy, you must select the reason for requesting a review:
- “I’m not sure which policy my ad doesn’t follow”
- “I don’t understand the policy.”
- “I believe my ad follows your policies”
- “Something else”
Choose a reason and click the “Submit” button.
You’ll have to test both methods to find out which option and reasons for submitting a request will work better.
