What’s the trust level/trust of the ad account? Each ad account and Business Manager has a certain level of trust assigned by the system. The account’s trust level is confidential, so Facebook won’t disclose it.
Once you create an ad account, the system assigns a “Tier 0” level of trust to an account. As you run ads in the ad cabinet, the level of trust may be increased.
- Tier 0 – High Risk.
Limits the ad account spending amount to $25-50. Only one advertising account per Business Manager is allowed.
- Tier 1 – Medium to High Risk.
Limits the ad account spending amount to $50-250. Three advertising accounts per Business Manager are allowed.
- Tier 2 – Low to Medium Risk.
Limits the ad account spending amount to $250-5,000. The limit imposed on ad accounts in the Business Manager no longer depends on the level of trust but on advertising activities.
- Tier 3 – High Trust.
No daily spending limit (DSL) for the ad account. No limits are imposed on ad accounts in the Business Manager. DSL may be increased to $5,000+ upon request.
When an ad account is assigned a Tier 3 level, all your ads will be reviewed by a human moderator without the system’s pre-review.
