In March 2021, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey sold the NFT of his first tweet for $2.9 million. The token was purchased by Hakan Estavi, CEO of Bridge Oracle. The transaction is registered on the Valuables Auction Platform.
A year later, in April 2022, Hakan Estavi listed the NFT token for sale at $48M. According to Reuters, it was removed from the auction after the bids tended to be below $100 in the first week of sales.
At the moment, the lot is offered for sale on the OpenSea Trading Platform. The maximum bid for NFT is now 3.8 ETH which equals $11,553.37.
On his Twitter, the businessman actively engages his followers with posts about the first tweet NFT sales.
