Setting up postback on OfferGate
To analyze and optimize your advertising campaigns, you can connect postback. OfferGate has ready-made templates for popular trackers. Let’s look at adding a postback using the Keitaro tracker as an example.
Open Keitaro and go to the “Affiliate Networks” section and click “Create”. In the drop-down menu, enter “OfferGate” and select a template. The system will automatically set all the values.
It should be said that there are two types of postback here: local postback for specific cases, and there is global postback, which works for all offers and sources.
Copy the Postback URL and click “Create”. The affiliate network will be added to the tracker. After that, open the account of the CPA network and go to the “Postback” page, click “Add”.
In the first step, specify the sources and offers for which you are setting up postback. The title and goals from the second step are automatically set. You need to specify the statuses that will be transferred to the tracker.
In the third step, insert Postback URL and, if necessary, add macros from the list.
Check the postback and click “Save”.
Go back to the tracker and add an offer. To do this, open “Offers” and click “Create. Specify a name, select an affiliate network, and paste the URL (it should be copied from the offer card in OfferGate). Click “Create.
The last step is to create a campaign. Open the “Campaigns” section and click “Create”. Write a title and create a flow. In the form for creating a flow, go to “Schemes” and select the offers. Click “Apply” and create the campaign.
In the “Tracking” section of the created campaign, there is an advertising link that you can use to promote the offers. Check the postback before you get started.
