We’ve compiled a ranking of the current Parasite SEO platforms based on three criteria:
- Ranking Power (how quickly and highly Google ranks)
- Scalability (ability to scale)
- Monetisation Flexibility (freedom of monetisation)
The ranking is based on what is actually working right now.

S-Tier: Reddit and Media Partnerships
An official partnership with Google has granted Reddit privileged search results status. The platform’s organic traffic continues to grow; you can easily verify this yourself on Ahrefs. It ranks well for virtually any niche: gambling, finance, VPNs, crypto. A top-3 ranking is achievable in most cases, particularly for Tier-1 English-speaking regions.
Two viable approaches:
Third-party subreddits with lax moderation. Find communities where moderators are inactive, join, post, comment, and share links. The main limitation and the biggest hurdle to scaling is the need to maintain a large number of pre-moderated accounts.
Your own niche subreddit. It takes longer to see the first results, but it’s much more stable. You control the moderation and all the content on the platform.
“Reddit is currently the only platform where, without your own website, you can consistently stay in the top 3 for competitive commercial queries in the Tier 1 gambling niche.”
But there are risks here too. Whereas with a standard website, Google can drop you from its search results, here Reddit can ban the subreddit. Especially if you’re promoting offshore casinos or operating in a region where gambling is illegal altogether.
Plus, you can get banned for poor moderation, user complaints, and breaches of the platform’s rules.
Example:

News sites (media partnerships)
The approach is simple: see what’s currently ranking in the niche, and look for untapped, niche clusters with low competition. You need to start with at least 10 articles to get a sufficient sample size and understand which clusters are actually reaching the top of the rankings.
Example:

A-Tier: Trustpilot and Facebook
Trustpilot
Right now, this is one of the hottest platforms specifically for gambling. The basis of the scheme: EMD domain, profile with reviews, niche clusters with no competitors. Initial traffic arrives 1–4 months after launch.
“It’s hard to say how long this will work in its current form. But it’s working well for now.”
Example:

In terms of Ranking Power, it’s comparable to Reddit. But by nature, it’s a tool more suited to business promotion than classic affiliate marketing. It can be adapted for affiliate traffic if desired, but only if you can devise a good funnel.
Example:

B-Tier: Substack and Google Maps
Substack
A proven strategy if you choose a niche, write genuinely useful content, and consistently target commercial keywords such as ‘best x’, ‘x review’, and ‘x vs x’. The main structural limitation: unlike Reddit, you can’t artificially inflate your follower count here. Substack is about establishing yourself as a genuine, authoritative expert in your niche. It’s more of a long-term game than a tool for quick results.
Example:

Google Maps
A parasite that leverages Google Maps locations, which performs well in lead generation. In the US, those who managed to get in before the rules were tightened and avoided a ban are still making decent money from high-ticket services. In Europe, moderation is still more lenient, and similar opportunities still exist. It can work in gambling too, but not always, and the site will most likely get banned.
“An important point before you start: you need to plan how to pass video verification if your account is flagged for it. Don’t get involved without this plan.”
Example:

C-Tier: Quora
The concept is similar to Reddit: questions, answers, links. But in practice, it’s not the same. Quora’s filters regularly collapse answers, and moderators are actively at work. Currently, the platform only yields results in simple niches where there is still untapped traffic and a chance to make it into the top answers.
Scaling your presence here is significantly more difficult than on Reddit.
Example:

D-Tier: Pinterest
A dead topic. The only real traffic left there consists of a few alternative links to Asian casinos. It’s better to focus your resources on platforms from higher tiers.
Example:

If you’re working in gambling or finance in Tier 1 markets, Reddit, combined with media partnerships, offers the best return on investment of anything currently available. Add Trustpilot as a quick channel specifically for gambling. The rest depends on your resources and scope.
