Facebook Ads has begun rolling out an updated interface for the Audiences section, changing how audiences are displayed by labels and adding quick tabs.
In the new view, labels are grouped into two main categories: Customers and Engaged audiences.
The Customers group includes the following labels:
- High value
- Low value
- Recent purchasers
- At risk
- Disengaged
- General customers
The Engaged audiences group includes:
- Qualified leads
- Disqualified leads
- App users
- Trial users
- Cart abandoners
- Other engaged users
Unlabeled audiences, Lookalikes, and Saved audiences are displayed separately in the section. After labels are assigned, audiences can be grouped and filtered to make finding the audiences you need faster.
Quick tabs have also appeared at the top of the page:
- All audiences – all audiences;
- Active ads – audiences currently used in active ads;
- Action needed – audiences that require attention;
- Unlabeled audiences – audiences without an assigned label.

If needed, you can switch back to the previous interface using the “Switch to standard audience view” button.
