Script: Automatically Create 4 Basic Auto-Rules in Facebook Ads

Here’s a very handy script from the Yellow Web that will create the four basic auto-rules for Facebook Ads.

?You can find the script here: https://gist.github.com/dvygolov/c2077f391bd15ba2f75d7496afb47a67

Run it in the browser console.

First of all, you’ll have to adjust the following rules:

• Delete/do not delete existing auto-rules
• The maximum acceptable cost per action (Max CPA)
• Adsets turn-off time (in full hours like “2”, for example)

Next, it will create the following four rules:

• Turn off the adset if there are no leads and spendings are > Max CPA
• Turn off the adset if the cost per action is > Max CPA
• Enable all adsets at the time specified
• Enable adsets when CPA is < Max CPA

You might want to bookmark the script in Dolphin{anty} so that you can conveniently run it asap?

P.S. turn-on/off adsets by max CPA feature won’t work in CBO campaigns, so you might want to use adsets, or convert it to turn-on/off campaigns?‍♂️
