Facebook has introduced the Seller app for users who sell items through Marketplace. It lets sellers create listings using AI, manage products, and communicate with buyers.
The app syncs with Facebook Marketplace. All existing listings, messages, and sales history are automatically transferred to Seller, and products added through the app appear on Marketplace.

To create a listing, a seller just needs to upload photos of the item. The AI will suggest a title, description, price, and appropriate category. The app also allows adding several listings at once.
Seller offers tools for managing products: sellers can edit and relist listings, change prices, and track inventory.

Messages from buyers are collected in a separate section and grouped by product. In addition, the app shows statistics on views, clicks, conversations, and items sold.
According to Facebook, around 430 million items are listed on Marketplace worldwide each month.
For now, Seller is only available to users over 18 in the US on iPhone. An Android version is currently in testing. Selling items through Marketplace is still possible within the main Facebook app – installing Seller is not required.
