RecurPost analyzed more than 2 million posts to identify the hours that deliver maximum reach and audience engagement. Here are the key takeaways: when it’s best to publish content on Facebook depending on the day of the week, format, and niche, as well as which hours are considered the least effective. All times listed are in the target audience’s local time and should be used as a general guideline.
Unlike last year’s Adobe Express report, which we published earlier, RecurPost provides not only general recommendations by day of the week, but also separate data for different content formats and niches.
