Telegram Ads beyond Russia isn’t a future prospect — it’s already a working tool. The CIS offers an engaged audience accustomed to Telegram as its primary information source, with competition that hasn’t heated up yet.

In practice, the cheapest traffic is found in India, Indonesia, and Mexico (CPC as low as €0.01). In CIS GEOs the cost is a bit higher, but competition is minimal, and the audience responds well to financial and educational verticals. Moldova is a new GEO where you can grab a position before competitors show up.
