Georgia has fully launched international iGaming licenses for operators working with players outside the country. The system was launched in test mode back in July, and now banks, payments, and regulatory monitoring have gone live alongside licensing.
An international license is issued for five years. The main terms are a 5% tax on GGR and an additional 1% for regulatory monitoring. An annual license fee also applies: 100 000 lari (about $36k) for each category.

You can complete the entire application process remotely, with no mandatory office or staff required in Georgia. However, the license must be held by a legal entity registered in Georgia. Operators are also offered access to Georgian corporate banks and payment processing with the gambling MCC 7995 code.
Another feature is the local profit taxation model. While profits remain in the company and are reinvested, corporate tax is 0%; when profits are distributed, it is 15%.
The license is designed exclusively for the international market, and you cannot serve Georgian citizens under it. The CIS, Central Asia, and other foreign markets are specifically named among the regions Georgia is targeting.
