It’s an international photo stock with photos, artwork, vector graphics, videos, music, and effects.
To search for materials, you can use a built-in search engine and filters. There are various filter settings for each category: orientation, category, size, color, resolution, effects, and others.

There’s a Pexels App and website with free photos and videos. Pexels include a search engine, photo collections, and a rating of top photographers. There’s also a separate page with videos.
To avoid visiting a website each time you need something, you can install plug-ins for editors, a Chrome extension, or a Google Presentations add-on. Pexels is compatible with Canva.

Flickr
It’s one of the most popular photo stocks to post photos. Flickr users upload and publish their artwork under various licenses. Therefore, some photos are available for commercial purposes, and others are not. So, you might want to consider it while searching for images: use a license-free search filter.
You are free to search for photos in groups, galleries, and compilations. There’s a Trending Page on the website with popular daily, weekly, and all-time tags.

It’s a free photo stock powered by the Shopify Platform. There’s a large selection of thematic collections and a business ideas page (including description and photos). To search photos by title or keywords, you must use the English language.

It’s a photo stock with over 300,000 free photos. Russian interface language is available. There’re no problems with keywords search in Russian, but in some cases, you might want to opt for the English language. SERP filter options include free and commercial photos.
There are thematic collections, but there’s no free/commercial (iStock related) filter option. Therefore, there may be premium photos in collections.

Canva’s Free Photo Stock
Canva’s free photo stock is represented by a separate page on the Canva website. There’s a collection of 90+ million photos. Only that there’s no option to automatically filter commercial or free images. To filter them, you must always specify “free” in the search box.

It’s a photo stock intended for stock photos exchange under the Unsplash License (commercial and non-commercial use allowed).
There are thematic photography collections. Apart from common photos, you can also find drawings, background pictures, and artwork. For example, there is a separate section with 3D images.

PicJumbo Platform was created in 2013. There are 20+ categories of free stock photos. Among the common categories, there are YouTube backgrounds and HD wallpapers.

One photo per collection is available for free. To download the entire collection, you must purchase a premium subscription.
