Facebook Agency Accounts

The service operates on a pre-moderation basis. The marketer submits materials for moderation, and Zaleycash offers the terms under which the offer can run. Support clarifies:

For grey-hat verticals, they offer 2 types of accounts:

1. RDP agency accounts (they promise these are agency accounts shared from agency Business Managers to farmed RDP pages), GEOs from the U.S. to the Philippines, USD currency; 
2. Agency accounts: Poland GEO, Polish zloty currency (for grey-hat), or Hong Kong GEO, USD currency (for very grey-hat offers).

The top-up fee for Facebook agency accounts and RDP Facebook accounts depends on the amount. 

For the example above, with a $5 000 top-up, Zaleycash can offer the following fee:

Google Ads Agency Accounts

Here, you cannot put an ad creative into use without showing it to moderation. Each offer receives its own terms depending on the vertical.

Keep in mind: when you top up the account balance, you will encounter a fixed fee of 10%. The minimum top-up for a Google agency account is $150. Terms are the same for grey-hat and white-hat offers.

Support promised that they last 3-5+ months and spend $20k+. They share them to the client’s Business Manager (preferably aged 1 year+).

The downsides are that they do not accept gambling apps, apply pre-moderation, and reduce the fee only for very large clients (more than $200 000).

For our parameters with a grey-hat offer, the manager calculated these terms: “$5000 * 0,08 = $400 top-up fee + $10 for each ad account (shared to the buyer’s Business Manager) = $4 580 balance”.

The GEO is always Europe, and operations usually run through Estonia. Payments are accepted in USDT, and the account top-up fee varies depending on spend. The base fee is 8%; at a daily spend of $3000, it drops to 5%. If spend exceeds $3000, you can discuss fee terms individually. The minimum top-up amount per account is $50.

If the account is blocked, you will get the funds returned to your balance or a new account will be registered and the entire remaining budget transferred to it.

How to Tell Facebook Agency Accounts Apart From Logs

There are many dishonest providers on the market that pass off rental logs as Facebook agency ad accounts while charging the same 8-10% of spend. How can you determine whether you are looking at an agency account?

1. By billing. Real agency accounts are specialized ad accounts provided by Facebook exclusively to approved marketing partners. There should never be a linked card or transaction history in the billing of such accounts. The only payment method is a credit line. The credit line specifies the name of the marketing partner (the provider). The spending limit shows how much total money is in the ad account, how much has already been spent, and the remaining amount.

2. FanPage. If billing access is blocked on the account, the next criterion is the FanPage. Agency accounts are always created as an “account + FanPage” combination in Business Manager. One Business Manager can have up to 5 ad accounts + 5 FanPages. Honest sellers also ask what name the FanPage should have if that matters to you. This is done because you can launch only from the FanPages that were created in the same set. For example, you requested 2 ad accounts + 2 FanPages from the seller, and after the set is created, you can launch from these ad accounts only with these 2 FanPages because they are “authorized” for the ad accounts. You cannot select a FanPage from a personal account, another BM, or later add another FanPage to the BM.

But when launching, you can select only the one that was created together with the agency ad account:

Therefore, if you ordered 1 ad account + 1 FanPage and one of them gets banned, you are issued a new ad account and a new FanPage. It is easier if you ordered at least 2 ad accounts + 2 FanPages: if one FanPage gets banned, you can use the second one. But take these actions at your own risk, as driving traffic from two ad accounts to one FanPage is risky.

3. Pixel. Admin access to the pixel is not provided. All events are configured on the seller’s side. The pixel can be configured for any purpose, including CAPI.

There are indirect signs that can help you identify agency ad accounts even before purchase. First, access to agency accounts is provided through any antidetect browser. If you are offered only remote access, with the argument that it is safer, then in 99% of cases these are logs presented as agency accounts. Second, agency ad accounts have no account GEO, and you can use proxies from absolutely any country with them.
